  his
system was built of several different parts where Elysian was responsible for
the development of the telephone operator application and the customer manager
application. We started the development in 1995, clients was developed using
16-bit Borland Delphi 1.0 and was run on Microsoft Windows 95 operating system.
The server was a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 server with Microsoft SQL Server 6.5.
The first version of the system took about 6 months to develop. After that
we migrated the existing data and installed the system on a small group of
operators at Kalix Tele24. Today there are about 4 700 companies (80 000
persons) in the system and it handles about 30 000 calls daily. Please contact
