consists of several different parts where Elysian has been responsible for the
development of telephone operator, customer manager and message distribution
systems. This is a client / server based telephone operator system and is a
successor to TCMS which was developed together with IBM for over 10 years ago.
The client applications are developed with Borland Delphi, server modules with
Microsoft Visual C++ and the database is a Microsoft SQL Server. The system
works without any problem under Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000 and both SQL Server 6.5
and 7.0. It can handle over 70 operators with over 20 000 calls per day. System requirements
are kept as low as possible, which enables you to run both clients,
server, pbx connections and message distribution on the same computer. We
started demonstrating the entire system on laptops for over three years ago.
