 e have developed an employee manager for Färingsö
Sifferservice covering all their customer specific requirements and requests. The
system was developed to extend the limitations that existed in their existing
payroll system. Data from the payroll system is constantly imported into a
database. With the help from our employee manager you can then add information
to an employee and look at the history of all the data. The system is designed
as flexible as possible to be able to follow the increase in demands regarding control
around educations, certificates and permits. There are no limitations
in the system regarding which information you want to add to an employee. The
manager application was developed with Borland Delphi and the database is built
on a Microsoft SQL Server. The system is currently managing almost 4000
employees with over 330 000 information records and 8 000 certificates without
any problems. Besides the employee manager we have built a solution where
payroll specifications automatically is sent out by email to the local offices
every month.
We have also built up the intranet on Färingsö
Sifferservice. Including fax, web, mail and file servers, workstations,
firewalls, virus protection, local onsite and remote offsite backups.
